Thank you for your feedback! We will definitely take this into consideration and make sure that the process is both expeditious and clear. Due to some unforeseen issues, the process took longer than we expected. The local team did love you and you should feel good about that interaction. There were only two people that dove into HR technical skills and when it came down to it, I as the manager needed someone who was more seasoned. I would also recommend making sure you have questions to ask at the end of an interview with the person you would be reporting to even if you have already spoken to multiple people.
