The interview process was a little unorthodox. I interviewed with multiple people at various levels of management over the phone and had one interview in person. Most who interviewed me seemed more uncomfortable than I was during the interview. It seemed like few actually ever interviewed someone before. I could also tell the VP was completely distracted the whole time she was interviewing me. I’d get asked a question and right in the middle of my answer she’d start talking to someone in the office forgetting I was on the phone speaking. Besides those things, the interview was pretty easy and I was basically asked interview questions that could be found on Google. The interviews were all scheduled at random times (early morning, midday, evening), but seeing as it’s a 24 hr company that was understandable.
