Very easy, I was hired before RP took over ARA in Austin Tx.The interview process was standard and I was offered the position three days later. I was interviewed by the assistant manager and did not meet with the manager until I started. Both were nice and approachable when I had questions. I selected neutral for the process only because I wasn't hired through RP.
