I had an absolutely incredible experience interviewing with this company. They really care about their employees and the environment they have within the company. I had a phone interview with Lisa from HR, then two more phone interviews with senior consultants, and, finally, I was invited to meet the team and the management in Denver office. Although I was asked a lot of technical questions, they also cared how a new person would fit in their team. I wish I could join this company and sincerely regret I had to turn down their job offer due to family circumstances. Not only they offered awesome benefits and great learning opportunities, but I liked the people. I think they all had a college degree, and most had either masters or even PhDs. They had to work hard a lot, in teams and on individual assignments, but they also had a lot of team-building events and happy hours to hang out after work. And, what is important for me, everybody had a good sense of humor. I wish the company to grow and everybody within Raftelis to succeed.
