First there was a simple HR discussion followed by one technical round. First round technical interview lacked basic skill identification, was more focused on trying to find out what the candidate didn't know more than the actual job requirements. Questions were focused on function names, parameters, file-names, syntax, etc. Absolutely no Computer Science questions, nothing on analysis skills, nothing on algorithms or problem solving. Pros: * City office * Cafe Coffee Day is close-by * Do go if you hate those algorithms Cons: * Definite no go for Computer Science guys P.S.: Was offered an option to take the same interview in a different programming language, but declined it since that one needed memorization of function names in that language.
