The first step was webtest and online application. If you are qualified you will be invited for the first interview (skype), and then 2nd interview 3rd interview which I have not attended yet.
Before 2nd interview you will need to finish a health survey and before the 3rd one you will have to finish an essay regarding the rakuten culture and your understanding of the company etc.
