Only one round of interview. Interviewers were the HR manager, e-commerce manager and general manager. The level of English proficiency of the Japanese managers were not excellent so you can expect to be lost in translation in the process. They also did not make some things clear in the interview, things which I was only told after I signed the contract, and I found that very unethical. They were very friendly though.
