The actual interview was great. Or so I thought. During the course of the interview, everything was moving smoothly. Like a very casual but professional conversation. I was asked things from what I’m looking for to how I work in a team environment. At the end, I was told I would be a great fit for the role I had applied for. Which I was really happy about. Fast forward 3 weeks I haven’t heard anything on if I have gotten the position or not. At this point I expect I did not get the position, but talk about lack of professionalism!!! Just lets me know that if there’s poor communication when it comes to the interview process, there’s probably more serious issues with the company.
