Since i went through a referance i am not sure of how the company usually sources candidates. The process was informal and was focused on getting to know the real me rather than my CV. The manager was keen to understand my expectations and interested to know about my asperations. I also got a chance to ask about the company's policies (very different from other group companies) in some detail. Overall a very pleasant/ non stressful environment in which the interview was conducted.
