I applied through an employee referral. I talked to an internal recruiter, who set me up for a technical interview. This was done live through Skype. I got along well with the technical recruiter. I struggled a bit through the problem, but eventually finished. I think I did decently, and expected a prompt response. I never got a follow up from the recruiter. I even followed up with an email requesting the status of my application. I was never contacted again. This was surprisingly unprofessional, and I will never work with Rally again.
