Went through an agency which was a pain as they were poorly organised, actual HR and Hiring Managers at RL were great though. Visited the agencies office, then had two stages of face to face interviews. One in London one in Watford. Both seemingly went well but never heard anything back in the end - not sure whether it was the agency or client.
