The interview process was basic, quick and conversational. I interviewed with the account coordinator I was going to be working with. If I had interviewed with the account manager it would have been a lot more intimidating. The department was in need of an intern and I was referred by a friend so I just interviewed over the phone. Other interns I spoke to had more of a process with multiple follow up interviews with different people.
