I drove to the office to meet with the owner. The owner then turned around and told me I was driving us to lunch. Over lunch I listened to the owner talk...not about the job, but about himself for 2 hours! Every subsequent meeting after this went the same way...the owner talked about himself for 2-3 hours each time.
