The final round of interviewers noticeably lacked racial diversity and had very limited gender diversity. Some interviewers seemed unsure of how to conduct an effective interview, asking questions that were not relevant to the role. Others appeared somewhat disinterested, yawning frequently throughout the interview. Moreover, most of the interviewers were typing aggressively during the interview, which was distracting.
The process included: an initial meeting with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, a take-home case study followed by a presentation, and finally, a round with product and cross-functional teams.
