Very informal and friendly. Much more casual and relaxed than I expected. Wound up talking about insurance, but in a way that just felt like a chat with a coworker. But it helped show my depth of knowledge and ease with the subject matter. Just the interview was much better than actually working there. I felt respected at the interview and that ended in day 1 of the job.
