It was an extensive process. Did a preliminary telephonic interview for 45 mins following an in-person interview after 10 days. Had pretty generic interview questions, but it was a lengthy one. Had me there for close to 1.5 hrs and still didn't disclose anything about the job duties, compensation/working hours.This was followed by an IQ test at their office. I was promised to be told about the next steps in the process within 2 days of time, whereas, in actual they took 18 days to get back to me (with 2 appointments being cancelled with no more than 6-8 hrs update). Once they got back, they called me for a third round of telephonic panel interview. It was an hour long interview and mostly had the same set of repeated questions (this time they were more attitude-driven than situational in the 1st interview). The process was very lengthy not to mention two computer based tests were also involved in the middle of this. Once again, they pressed on having this role filled in by 1 week and getting back to me within 2-4 days of time. It's been 3 months now, nobody ever gotten back to me even after 10s of my follow-up emails/phone calls. I would have had appreciated them reaching out to me and letting me know if I wasn't the right candidate for them but still at least being known of the result. They call them a "unique organization with great professionalism" whereas, I felt they were just the opposite. Being a leading HR/consulting organization yet failing to stand out in their own interview process just makes you question their working environment. They should be experts in the recruitment process and know the basics of "following up with a decision" is as important as the other steps in the full HR process. Otherwise, in my interaction with their recruiters- they were still decent.
