I found the interview process to be very efficient and well planned via video calls. Interviewers were friendly and encouraging which is not always the case I have found, having interviewed with recruitment firms previously.

How would you deal with disappointment in your professional career?
There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
