slow. not super structured. There's 4 parts I think: discovery call (basically getting to know), trial-by-ice (digital interview), trial-by-fire (skills assessment), and final/offer interview. Overall, it was super easy. There weren't a lot to really think about. But the process is slow. Unclear timelines too. I know they're a startup but they don't even have the courtesy to keep candidates informed or updated.
