I submitted an application and they called me back about 2 weeks later. I went in for a group interview which was followed by a 5 minute interview. I was called back the next day for a one on one interview with the hiring manager. I was offered a job on the spot.

Standard interview questions for customer service, and a couple of questions on hobbies and any experience with film. 5 minute interview and one-on-one interview. Schedule flexibility is a must and preference.
