Interview with area manager, service manager and a service user. Each asked 4 questions, was quite intense as we were in such a small space and had to leave masks on due to covid. I was told i would be told by the following evening the outcome, was phoned the next morning with an offer. Interview lasted approx 45 minutes.

Was asked questions about teamwork, examples of various situations including an aggressive service use, how i manage my time, what is something i have done that has influenced practice within a service. Service user asked how i may tackle a situation in which he were to suffer a panic attack.
