A basic questionnaire, a video recorded interview, and a day in the head offices in London for a group interview. The questionnaire is a selection process, where they ask you creative questions. Go mad. The video is to gauge what you are like as an individual by talking at a camera, which is awkward, but have fun with it. The face to face interview is with around 20 others, often going for the same job as you, so make sure that you stand out by being a nice person who listen to others, but still gets their point across!

Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.
