1. Early stage screening of my referral was a casual catch up, vibe was to determine suitability for a more formal interview
2. I had a formal/standard interview with my would-be manager and their Culture Lead (HR)
3. There was then a 'round table' with a cross section of their staff

Each stage seemed to extract more information from me, but at all times it was focussed less on my specific skills and experience, and more so on how I could apply myself within their business, and if I would be able to operate effectively with their team
