3. Took Strategy Assessment
4. Met with the Co-Founders
5. 2 hours after meeting with the co-founders, saw they posted the job again on LinkedIn
5. Followed up with the recruiter, asking for feedback.
6. Never heard back, company ghosted
When chatting with them, I did bring up the high turn over rates. After them ghosting me after the final interview process, it's clear that this can be a high turnover job.
