Straight forward if they want to actually see you , 2 rounds of interviews and then complete silence. You only get a response if you actually follow up. Apply online then hope they call you, once first round is done. You will get a second round in person only if you’ve said what they want you to hear. After that complete silence and a lack of communication and respect for interviewees.
