Easy, lunches, and meetings in the office. There was also submission of writing samples, resume and cover letter. It was a standard process and basic. You meet with CEO and other partners in the process. The offer comes from the CEO which is the last round of interviews. There were 3 total.

It was very easy going. The interviewing partners were respectful and make you feel like you will be joining a cohesive team. It was lengthy but that is probably a good thing for everyone to feel there is a good fit.
