I was asked to elaborate on duties of past jobs, what I liked and disliked about each. Asked how I prefer to work (in a group or separately, etc.), asked how I transitioned from one job to another in a previous company. The interviewers (3) were very well prepared for me, had all actually read my resume and had a copy with them with notes/highlights about what they wanted me to elaborate on. We sat in a separate room with no distractions. All three were very pleasant and did not try to rush through the interview.
