Brief phone interview, followed by an in person interview. They were rather disorganized and unprepared when I arrived -- I had to remind them of my name and remind them of what position I even had applied for. They seemed pretty excited when I left and indicated I would hear early the next week. I ended up having to reach out many times over the next several weeks. I basically had to harass them to get them to tell me they offered the position to someone else. At that point, they told me I wasn't a cultural fit, which was perplexing to say the least. I reached back out to genuinely thank them for their time and asked for an elaboration on the 'cultural fit' assessment just for myself in future interviews. I received no response. Young company, I wish them well.
