I have just done the video interview (Friday, Oct. 5) and the questions I answered were totally different than the ones I found on here. Below are the ones I received (I am missing one question...there were 7 and It didn't dawn on me to write them down until after I started...sorry). None were very difficult. The gentleman asking the question was very pleasant. The airline overview video was super helpful and detailed. I really enjoyed it. It was more helpful than any other I've seen. I did have some technical issues with the program, Spark Hire, however, the tech people were on top of it. 1. What do you view as the biggest adjustment of becoming a FA? 2. After accepting the position, you won't know your base location for two weeks into the training, how will you make it work? 3. Tell me about a stressful situation at work, how did you work through it? 4. After reviewing our job description, please describe the experience you hold that best qualifies you for our opportunity? 5. Please tell us a time you helped an upset customer. What were they upset about? What steps did you take to resolve the issue? 6. Read this into the camera "Welcome aboard Republic Airline flight 4578 with service to Indianapolis. Prior to flight departure, federal regulations require that all carry-on luggage be stowed under the seat in front of you or in an overhead compartment. If you need assistance stowing your luggage please let a flight attendant know." Good luck!!!
