The entire process was a mess. The recruiter and I agreed to chat, but they never sent me a meeting invite so we had to reschedule. The next step was to talk to the VP of Engineering for only 15 minutes, but they ghosted me. We then rescheduled that 15 minute interview (which is frankly not enough time). They were in the office and their wifi kept cutting out. The next step was a technical assessment with an Engineering Manager which was fine, but again their wifi connection was bad. The EM also assumed I was properly prepped by the recruiter, but I had zero information from the recruiter.
