Rest of interview experience

suggest when you are doing these to start with your mother tongue, then weakest language, then your 2ND best one. The middle part is easier than the beginning and the end. The presenter will be looking at you and use a hand signal when he wants you to switch languages. He decides, not you. Once all this is done, you will have a 10 minute break. You will then go back into the room and be paired into groups. You will have to do a presentation on something relating to brussels airlines. In our case, we had to do something using the particular cornerstones of Bru Air's mission. Words like human, enabling, pleasure and agile. Each group had one of those words and we were made to present something relating to how we would improve or showcase these parts of the company in order to improve the image to the clients. Once again this is done in all 3 languages. You just have to decide who will do which part and in what language. When this is done they send you downstairs for your lunch break. 20 minutes later you are invited back into the room and here the process goes one of 2 ways: your name is called and you are NOT continuing on OR your name is called and you are. It depends on the way they decide to handle it that day. I have heard reports from both sides. If you continue on, you will do a 1 on 1 interview. Please note: 1. They tend to take people with a lot of experience already working in the travel industry. If you have absolutely zero experience in this, chances are you will not be taken on. 2. Once again, everything is in Dutch. This was a very big point of complaining during the lunch break between candidates as it did not seem fair that all was done in only one language, completely ignoring the fact that Belgium is, in fact, a multilingual country with 3 national languages. 3. Don't take it to heart if you don't make it. You can try again later, use it to improve your skill set in the industry.ce all this is done, you will have a 10 minute break.
