I was referred by an employee at the company and immediately got an interview call. I went for an interview and everything went well and I was told that I will get results in 2 days. After 1 week I mailed them asking about follow up they replied that the decision is yet to be made and again after a week I got a mail stating that my application was rejected as they chose candidate referred to them by their parent company.
