The interview process was great from start to finish. Kevin Kent reached out to me via LinkedIn and connect to me with their awesome recruiter, Sam. She was super informative, helpful, and friendly. First step was a phone screen with her, next was a mock cold call with the SDR manager, then 3rd was an in person interview with about 4 different people. Everyone I met was extremely genuine and easy to talk too. It was more of a conversation with everyone rather than an interview. The last step was a call with the CEO, who was very friendly and easy to talk to as well. I really enjoyed the interview process. It was honestly the most enjoyable interview experience I’ve ever had.

I applied on a job board site that's run through my university. The recruiter, Sam, emailed me a few days later, asking to set up a phone screen. A day later, I talked with the Director of Marketing and Sales for about 40 minutes. It was pretty conversational-- a mix of him asking about my resume and also explaining the company and the role. As the interview was winding down, he told me to look for an email from Sam setting up a cold call scenario as the next step in the interview process. It didn't sound like a "we're talking to other people and we'll let you know", definitely more of a "we want to continue learning about you". Three days later, I got an email from Sam saying they had moved forward with a difference candidate.
