There was an initial basic 20-min screener interview with recruiting editor, longer more substantive call with the hiring manager, it was a fairly casual and straightforward process for the most part overall.

I was called for a phone screening by their recruiter. It went really well. I got great feedback on my candidacy. She seemed really excited about me, told me the next step would be an interview with the hiring manager (and mentioned her by name) and gave me an idea of when to expect an update. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the recruiter. I followed up via phone and email, still nothing. I was disappointed at the lack of professionalism.
