The process process is broken down into 3 key interviews with some intermediate mini-interviews which include the following:
1. CV screening with recruiter
2. 1st interview with peer (same role) - Case Study
3. Intermediate update with recruiter
4. Problem Solving interview (senior manager of different unit)
5. Final Skills assessment with hiring manager
6. Offer
