The interview process for Revolut as a process manager is as follows:
First, you will have a screening call with a recruiter to assess your fit for the role and the company. You will also be asked about your experience with mobile banking and foreign exchange markets.
Second, you will have to complete an online problem-solving skills test with 40 questions to answer in 20 minutes. The test will cover topics such as logic, math, and data analysis.
Third, you will have a case interview with a manager or a senior process manager. You will be given a real-life scenario related to Revolut’s operations and asked to provide a solution. You will also be evaluated on your communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Fourth, you will have a final interview that they call the bar raiser. This is a more in-depth and challenging interview with a senior leader or a head of department. You will be asked more behavioral and situational questions, as well as questions about your motivation, vision, and values.
The whole process can take up to two months, depending on the availability of the interviewers and the number of candidates. You will receive feedback and updates from the recruiter throughout the process. Several Steps until the final interview: Initial screening by HR, Hometask + Case study and then a bar raiser interview with a manager. Process went smoothly throughout the most part, with the people involved being quite helpful and kind. However, HR communication throughout was not good at all. In my case, I was told that i was doing a team fit with a manager and in case that interview didnt go so well I would still have one more chance. Turns out once I got rejected this second interview never came, so thats that.
