Interview process consist of 5 stages, CV shortlisting, Screening call, Assessment, Human Resource Round, Team Lead round. Assessment consist of both Behavior analysis and communication skills test. TL round is longest of 1 hours with customer agent simulation

The interview was brief, lasting about 10 minutes, but it was a pleasant and efficient experience. The recruiter started with a quick introduction to the company's culture and current expansion. After that, they moved directly into standard screening questions. The recruiter was very concise, did not ask many follow-up questions, and was highly attentive and open to answering any questions I had throughout the call.
