I applied to reynolds and reynolds through Indeed.com. A reynolds and reynolds recruiter contacted me and set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was asked to complete a knowledge based test(math,reading,vocabulary) which took about 2 hours. After I competed the test, I was then called again by a recruiter telling me that my test results were good and she wanted to set up a skype interview. After about a 30 minute skype interview, I was then directed to fill out another application form, (took about an hour to complete). After I submitted the second form, I was called again by different recruiter to set up another skype interview and am waiting until our scheduled date.

After submitting the application, I was asked to complete the aptitude test. It was lengthy and some parts were difficult for me, and I didn't get to finish a couple sections. I was surprised when they followed up with me for an interview, so don't be discouraged by the test! I had 3 interviews total - one with a recruiter, one with a supervisor for the role, and one with a regional manager. Their questions mostly focused on my experience, and I think it helped that I asked a lot of questions to them.
