I did online application with about standard. Then you take two test that almost require an entire day and one half required a SKYPE connection while they monitor you while taking a testing. After that a week or two goes by before you get a phone interview which is simple questions. Then you get set to fly in a regional manager to interview you directly face to face only in my case they send an email a day before saying I was not chosen to move forward...??? WTH is up with that. Are they on crack or what why would do that stuff to people. After that I would NEVER work for any business that operates like that. Maybe it was for the best. Not sure what happened but the next day I got two offers. Be warned if your considering taking a job with Reynolds. I just had a brief conversation with a person who just left the company after being there for several years and was told it was probably the best to have happened to me. They were trying to find a way to quit for 2 years and was glad to have quit before it got bad.
