I applied to Reynolds and was sent an email request for a phone interview shortly after. The initial interview went well and I was asked to complete an online assessment and application before coming to the HQ in Dayton to take a personality and aptitude test. After this process I stayed on location for an interview. I had a further interview over the phone with senior managers and was then offered the position!

I was contacted by a recruiter and asked if I would be interested in any positions with Reynolds and Reynolds. I responded yes with my resume and a cover letter and after several days I received an initial online application as well as an extended application with more detailed and specific questions. Most of these were extremely personal and irrelevant to the position I was applying for. Several days later I received an automatically generated email saying that they were not moving forward with the hiring process.
