Afterwards you then sit and wait in a holding area as long as they decide to keep you their, could be over an hour or more, and then one of the recruiters may ask to conduct and interview and will take you to a vacant conference room. In the interview they will ask you what you know about the company, why you want to work there, what you will bring to their organization, and just to talk a little about yourself. A week afterwards you will either get an email asking to set up another interview with someone from the specific department you want to work for or another generic rejection email that is clearly sent out in bulk.
