The first step is completing an assessment. It is very lengthy and difficult. From there, a recruiter will contact you for the initial recruiter interview. Finally, you will have an interview with a manager in the department in which you are seeking employment. All in all, very fair. However the process is lengthy due to the drug test/background check.
