You're scheduled for an interview time. Upon arrival, you check in and proceed to a testing lab with at least 15 other people at the same time. There are several tests you need to complete. I finished testing after an hour only to be told after the fact, that the position was part time and starting at 8.50/hr. I left.

A large zoom call in an office with someone either elsewhere in the building or remote. I was moved to a room with a large screen and the interviewer was a few minutes late.

Be prepared for multiple rounds of interviews. The initial round is an assessment round. Make sure you have prepared for a typing test and come prepared with an extra resume in hand. Once they have vetted you. They may give you a call back to set up an interview for the job you applied for. Again, come prepared.
