It was overall a fairly easy process. Set up an initial interview time and date. Filled out an application. Went in took an aptitude and personality test. First interview was mostly technical questions. Had a second interview over Skype, some technical questions and some behavioral/situational questions. Third interview was in the office with head management and was more of me asking questions that I had.
