They called me for an initial “interview” but it was less than 6 minutes and they told me they’d do a second round later that week. I hopped on the call and it was a group interview and I was never asked a single question about myself. They falsely advertise this as a media/marketing agency but it’s more of an MLM/Pyramid Scheme and the job is just selling phones in kiosks at places like Costco. Was an absolute waste of time and when I asked for clarification on the pay rate it took a lot of work to get “you’ll make a lot on commission but at the bare minimum $400 a week” and so I said “so to clarify the base pay is $10/hour?” And they proceeded to give me attitude about how they don’t like to “phrase it that way”

The process was very short. It included a 10 minute phone call, and immediately the next day an in-person, presentation style interview. Overall, the process was more about presenting themselves as opposed to getting to know the candidate.
