The interview process consisted of two separate interviews, the first one over the phone and the second one in person. The the phone interview questions were pretty standard, they gave an overview of the job responsibilities too. The in person interview was more intimidating. If you're applying for a lab position, expect 3 people to be present and interviewing you. These 3 people will be your supervisor and the other two are higher ups in the laboratory, they are the big bosses there. Although it was intimidating being interviewed by 3 people at once, it wasn't incredibly difficult. They're nice people and will try to make you feel comfortable. They'll be really interested if you have experience working in a fast paced environment that required continuous training
