The interview process was very efficient. After I applied online I was emailed by HR indicating that I was pre selected and if I was interested I needed to call to schedule a 90 minute pre employment testing session. Upon arrival for the pre screening testing I was escorted into a room where I began my testing session for 60 minutes. As soon as I was finished I met with the HR representative for 30 minutes. They spoke to me about the college, the job description and then proceeded to ask me several questions regarding my background and qualifications and interest in the college. They allotted time for me to ask questions as well. They followed up within a day scheduling my second and final interview. After completing my second interview with a panel including my hiring manager I was given a verbal offer within 2 business days.
