Had a brief phone overview of the position. Was then invited to an interview. Basic interview questions, a lot of scenario questions. Received a offer letter a week or two later.

What is your biggest weakness/strength?
They contacted me for an interview without me ever submitting an application. After replying that I was interested they sent me a scheduler link to put in an available time for an interview and sent a confirmation email with a calendar invite. They blew me off for the 30 min window and did not call.
