The interviews where really easy but they ghosted me after which is something I don't appreciate. I know it's difficult but at the interview stage, you should update candidates if they move forward or not, period. The worst part was that they said that I was a good fit. I understand there's always the possibility of someone being a better fit, but minimum courtesy during the process is expected, especially after accommodating them for interviews the same day they notified me. Both parties are investing time and time is valuable. Terrible experience considering the size of the company and I'm glad I'm not working in such discourteous recruiting department.
