Was screened, then invited to the Riot campus. The process involved meeting with several members back to back, and ended up feeling like an interrogation. The final round consisted of several younger team members who made the interview feel like I was with a group of high school bullies, entire process was super uncomfortable. One member seemed to try to hard to come up with ridiculous hypotheticals in order to pull a laugh from other team members. Left with the intention of never working there and will not be applying to work here ever again! Longest few hours and huge waste of time. They are immensely proud of the one game that has been successful for them.
