The process took over 2 months and involved multiple rounds after the initial two rounds there was silence for over one month after which I was provided with a tech assessment opportunity and accepted. The assessment took close to a week and involved project. It also arrived later than the initial agreed upon time suggesting a red flag. The interview went with two more rounds with the second really asking for my experience with data tools etc and really picking my brain. I received a standard going with someone else feedback very shortly after with no concrete feedback even though I was well prepared. Taking into consideration the swift automated reply this could suggest their team had already picked someone in place earlier internally but were just using this interview as a formality rather than actual intent to hire.

Three interviews done from technical to management skills. First interviews where exploratory and the technical one relying on specific assigments. Last interview with the area Director focused on management and SDLC skills.
